FAES Documents – 2007

• Ruby on Rails compliment to the main FAES website for their document collection
• Multilingual using Gettext and my translate_columns plugin
• Includes flash video streaming capabilities

Bandwagon.co.uk – 2005-08 to 2007-03

• Portal for music bands and small record labels.
• Produced from the ground up in PHP and MySQL.
• Provides bands the ability to promote their own content that can be listened to online, or downloaded to a mobile.
• My work has been based on the backend classes that deal with the comunity and Media content.
• Sadly, this site is no longer maintained fully, and may go out of action soon.

El Pinós.com – 2005

• A business directory for my local Spanish town.
• Written from scratch entirely in PHP on a MySQL database backend.

CERN PrintMgr – Printer Manager – 2003

• Project I created while at CERN in 2002-2003.
• Used to manage 1300 network printers from a 3-server Linux cluster.
• Written in Perl and uses LPRng alongside CERN’s Oracle Database servers.
• Since 2006-11 – No longer in use, due to migration to Windows servers.
